The North Hill HOA owns and maintains approximately xx,xxx linear feet of fencing located throughout the District. (3,424 feet = stone wall fence) Maintenance of these fence lines represents a significant financial investment and expense to the HOA. Although none of the fence lines are not currently in need of replacement, the replacement cost of these fence lines is estimated to be approximately $xxx,xxx.
Homeowners whose lots border HOA fence lines are responsible for maintaining landscaping, pets and other conditions on their lots in a manner that does not damage or otherwise accelerate the wear and tear of the HOA's fences. The HOA will bill the respective homeowners for any costs incurred by the HOA to repair owner-caused damages to the HOA's fence lines.
