History
The following is a brief history of the North Holly District (aka North Hill) neighborhood:

The North Holly Metropolitan District is created per approval from City of Thornton.

| April 2014 |
City of Thornton approves the Holly Hills Estates subdivision development plan, which reflects 316 single-family home lots. The plat map is revised in 2017, 2018 and 2019 increasing the number of lots by 56 lots to 372 lots.

| July 2017 |
Toll Southwest, LLC purchases all land within the Holly Hills Estates from the Carlson Family Trust for $8 million.

| July 2018 |
The District issues $13.18 million in bond debt to subsidize the Developer's costs to develop its private land prior to the start of homebuilding activities.

| December 2018 |
The North Hill Homeowners Association, Inc. (HOA) is incorporated and assumes responsibility for enforcing the CC&Rs and providing architectural review services to the neighborhood. Each of the 372 homes sold by Toll Brothers is incorporated into the HOA at the time each home is sold to a homeowner.

The Covenants, Conditions and Restriction of North Hill Homeowners Association is filed with the Adams County Clerk & Recorder's Office. Each of the 372 homes sold by Toll Brothers is incorporated into the HOA at the time each home is sold to a homeowner.

The first of 372 single family homes is sold by the builder (Toll Brothers).

| May 2020 |
Three homeowners are elected to the District board. This is the first time the majority of directors on the Board are independent and do not have conflicts of interest serving on the District's board.
