The North Hill Homeowners Association, Inc (HOA) was incorporated on December 13, 2018 as a nonprofit corporation under the Colorado Revised Nonprofit Corporation Act. The HOA's membership is comprised solely of the owners of the 362 single family homes in the North Hill neighborhood.
The HOA Board is comprised of three directors who are elected by the homeowners of the North Hill neighborhood.
The HOA was founded for the purpose of managing and enforcing the covenants, conditions and restrictions applicable to the 362 single family homes comprising the North Hill neighborhood. The HOA also manages the operation of the District's community swimming pool and clubhouse. The HOA's annual operations are solely funded from dues assessed on homeowners.
