District LANDSCAPING MAP

The District maintains approximately 23.1 acres of open space land situated within the boundaries of the District. In addition, the District is responsible for maintaining the City-owned landscaping bordering the District's boundaries along the north side of 144th Avenue and along the west side of Holly Street.

The District also owns and is responsible for maintaining a storm water detention area (which collects the storm water runoff from the streets) - located between 143rd Avenue and 144th Avenue.
