The District owns and maintains the North Hill Park. All other open spaces situated throughout the North Hill community (including City-owned landscaping bordering the District's boundaries along the north side of 144th Avenue and along the west side of Holly Street) is maintained by the North Hill HOA. The HOA also owns and is responsible for maintaining a storm water detention area (which collects the storm water runoff from the streets) - located between 143rd Avenue and 144th Avenue.
